We've Got Plans!

Our brick and mortar studio is closed until the end of March but we've got plans to help you keep moving at home and outside. It will take a few more days to get Body Wisdom Virtual Studio up and available online but that is where we are headed. The first class posted will be Slow Weights so dig out those old dumbbells from the back of your closet and follow me. Look for registration info soon.
